HongDe Cultural illustration Campaign
This modern, graphic illustration is the core visual I created for the HEZHI: China-Myanmar Friendship 1956 Commemorative Series.
The artwork primarily depicts a harmonious gathering of ethnic minorities from both China and Myanmar. It captures a vibrant scene where people in diverse and intricate traditional attires come together, sharing not only music and dance but also the joy of a shared cultural heritage. Set against a stylized, geometric landscape of terraced fields and rolling mountains, the composition blends traditional ethnic patterns with modern illustration techniques.
This piece serves as a visual tribute to the historic 1956 Ruili-Mandalay cultural exchange, symbolizing the deep-rooted friendship between the two nations. It is currently featured as the key visual identity for a special cultural gift package.
